Confidentiality and Conflicts of Interests: Information about a submitted manuscript must not be disclosed to anyone other than the author(s), editors, reviewers, or the publisher, as required. Editors will not use unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript in their own research without the author(s)’ written consent. Editors will avoid judging manuscripts that conflict with their own interests.   To uphold the principles of editorial impartiality and ethical integrity, all manuscripts submitted by editors or members of the editorial board are subject to an independent peer review process. This evaluation is conducted exclusively by objective reviewers who are confirmed to have no competing interests. Furthermore, to mitigate any potential for bias, editors are systematically recused from the editorial management of their own submissions, as well as those from close colleagues or research collaborators. The integrity of this entire procedure is diligently overseen by the Editor-in-Chief and managing editors to ensure the highest standards of transparency and fairness are maintained throughout the publication process.
