All research articles published in the Kartvelologist are fully open access, as we  follow an open access policy in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative;

The Kartvelologist journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Full texts of all content are  available for free and can be accessed without delay.

• No embargo period
• No requirement for users to register to read content

We fully share  DOAJ definition of open access, which is defined by:

•  Immediate free access to the work
• Permits any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles
• Crawl them for indexing
• Pass them as data to the software
• Use them for any other lawful purpose.
